Seaside Place, Aberdour

Positive: Absolutely everything was perfect. Beds and pillows very comfy, Kitchen had everything you need and more. Shower pressure fantastic. Lounge sofas perfect. Felt like home away from home.

The Perfect Place in Aberdour. Positive: There is a a lot, just confused from where to start. The property is exceptional, located in a very quiet and beautiful area of Aberdour. The property was very clean. The Kitchen was literally equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you require. Something which impressed me most and never seen before is that every appliance or gadget was serviced and labelled before our stay there. This really caught my eye as it shows how truly responsible are the hosts. The views are amazing, both from the terrace and living room. Host Anne was very responsive, one night we need fire starters for the fireplace and within 2 mins, I see two kids at the door. Parking is good, we always parked in front of the door for 5 nights. Not sure if Im missing something but overall, this is definitely your place to stay if you want to be close to Edinburgh and at the same time, enjoy the peaceful views and neighbourhood around Fife. Negative: There is nothing to dislike.

Ridiculous comfortable. Positive: Location was very quiet. I got my own parking cone and I slept in one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. Negative: It was a great property. The pics don’t do it justice to be fair

Very relaxing weekend in a beautiful house Positive: The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Only a five minute walk to a lovely restaurant. Comfortable beds and a lovely wood burner. Definitely recommend staying and we will hopefully return in the summer to enjoy the balcony

In general it was perfect, good accommodation, super location and we had a great time. Thank you. Positive: The location was super and Aberdour was perfect for our needs. Negative: We had a problem with the central heating, on Thursday the house was cold, all the radiators were cold and we had no hot water. I tried turning the radiators up to No 5 but nothing happened. We went out for the day and when we returned the house was still cold. I searched for the boiler which I found on the top floor. The display was flashing so I followed the instructions to re-set and the boiler started to work…..YES! My Mum is 89 years old and not good when she is cold so it was a great relief to have the house warm again. I emailed Anne for help but regrettably my emails did not ‘send’ as I could not find a code to access Wi-fi.
